As a small company we pride ourselves on providing a quality product that is value for money.

If you are unhappy with our products or service then please don't hesitate to give us a call. We always find that a simple and friendly phone call can resolve most issues that arise. As we are only a small company, There is a high chance that when you call, You will be speaking to the person that hand manufactured your order, So will be the most knowledgeable person to talk to. 

We are only able to offer a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us in an unused condition. Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs.
This returns policy  does not apply for customised goods ie embroidery.
 
We are unable to offer any refund where the goods have been used or are damaged.

All of our products come with a full 12 month guarantee against normal wear and tear.
