As we are only a small company, There is a high chance that when you call, You will be speaking to the person that hand manufactured your order, So will be the most knowledgeable person to talk to. We are only able to offer a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us in an unused condition. Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs. This returns policy does not apply for customised goods ie embroidery.
